I photographed the wedding of Dean and Katie last year but am just catching up on my blogging now! They got married at St Oswin’s Church in Wylam and then went on to have their reception at the beautiful Langley Castle. Stuart helped me as my second shooter on the day and really enjoyed it as he used to work with Dean at M&S when they were studying. The whole day was lovely and and all went perfectly to plan.
David and Rebecca got married at Minsteracres Church and then went on to Langley Castle for their reception. I covered their wedding with Harinder, one of my assistants. The autumn colours were really striking and although it was a bit on the cold side we still got to capture some nice portraits. I thought Rebecca was the epitome of elegance in the dress she wore and was very impressed that she made the first speech. I couldn’t do that! I really enjoyed photographing this wedding as they have both been lovely to work with. I hope they like this sneak peak x
Pepper and Jason got married at the beautiful Doxford Hall this month. I couldn’t believe how good the weather was for October! The whole day was at Doxford and we got some nice shots around the grounds, including the stunning maze, which has grown a lot even since my last visit! I really enjoyed shooting this wedding and am looking forward to designing Pepper and Jason’s Holly album. 
Fay and Marc got married at Lumley Castle last week. They had the whole day there and Fay got ready in the stunning King James Suite. She wore one of the most beautiful wedding dresses I have ever seen- an Ian Stuart creation. The whole wedding went really well and Fay’s happiness was infectious! I hope they like this sneak peak of some of their wedding photos. 
Colin and Maggie got married at The White Swan in Alnwick. The whole day was there and the ceremony room looked stunning with the dramatic autumnal flowers. We stopped off at a wonderful bridge in Alnwick where you have a great view of the castle. The whole day went very smoothly (apart from a brief bolero episode!) Maggie looked stunning and all the guests were very welcoming to us. I really enjoyed photographing this wedding and continue to enjoy Maggie’s stories about her two cats, and am very pleased to hear Red’s tail has recovered from his encounter with next doors dalmatian. 
I was very excited to be asked to photograph my first Indian wedding last month. Nisha and Amit got married at the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead. I took along one of my assistants Harinder, who fortunately is Indian so she was a great help to understand the format of the day. The whole day was wonderful- so colourful and exciting! 
Beth and Daniel got married at the church of Francis of Assisi in Wylam and then went on to the stunning Wynyard Hall for their reception. I covered the wedding with Stuart and we were both really excited to shoot at Wynyard Hall as it is really stunning and makes a great back drop for some dramatic wedding shots. I am looking forward to seeing Beth and Daniel next week and creating their album. 
Danielle and Tristan got married at Linden Hall at the beginning of this month. I took Catherine along as second shooter for the day and the brilliant Janet and Chris from One Digital were there shooting the wedding video. It was a special wedding for me to cover because I used to work with both Danielle and Tristan many years ago. Danielle looked really beautiful and the whole day was very enjoyable. I especially liked the dancing routine at the end! I’m looking forward to seeing them both soon and hope they like this small preview! Victoria x 
Andrew and Claire got married last month at The Horton Grange. The whole day was held there and in the evening they had beautiful candles in the grounds, which created a lovely atmosphere. Claire looked stunning and they both really seemed to enjoy the day. I hope they both like this sneak peak of their wedding images. I am in Scotland for a holiday this week and look forward to seeing them both the following week. 
Hannah and Ben got married at Dissington Hall last month. I love shooting at this venue as it has so many photo opportunities. Hannah made a grand entrance into the ceremony room down the sweeping staircase. The registrar who married them was one of the nicest of the registrars and allowed me to stand in a great position for the ceremony shots. The light was great! Hannah and Ben had croquet on the lawn and went on to have their reception in the marquee. The whole day was lovely and relaxed. I’m looking forward to seeing them both later this week.
